SLT Sports Services FZE (trade licence number 9979), trading as SLT Sports, is a sports consultancy and events business operating from the United Arab Emirates.

We collect information that you choose to share with us, which may include:

• Full name and job title
• Organisation
• Email address and telephone number
• Country, city or project location
• Project, event or opportunity details
• Estimated participant numbers and budget range
• The content of your message or enquiry
• Links to briefs or supporting documents you choose to share
• Speaking, sponsorship, media or collaboration details (Dr Sarra enquiries)
• Marketing preferences, where you choose to opt in
• Limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type and general website usage, where automatically transmitted by your browser

The SLT Sports website does not currently host a newsletter subscription, advertising cookies, behavioural profiling or automated decision-making.

Personal information may be received through:

• The main SLT Sports enquiry form
• The Dr Sarra opportunity form (speaking, partnerships, media, collaborations)
• Email correspondence
• Telephone or WhatsApp conversations you initiate
• Links you voluntarily share with us (e.g. a brief hosted on Drive or Dropbox)
• Routine, anonymised website analytics if and when enabled (see Section 7)

We use information only for the following purposes:

• Responding to enquiries
• Preparing proposals and assessing project suitability
• Reviewing speaking, sponsorship, media and collaboration opportunities
• Communicating about our services and engagements
• Managing client and prospective-client relationships
• Improving the content and performance of the website
• Maintaining security and the integrity of our systems
• Meeting legal, regulatory and accounting obligations
• Sending occasional updates only where you have explicitly opted in

We do not use personal information for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making.

We rely primarily on your consent (when you submit an enquiry) and on our legitimate interest in responding to that enquiry and in operating a credible professional website. Where you submit a project enquiry, our use of your information to reply, prepare a proposal or maintain related records is necessary to provide the service you have requested.

Marketing consent, where collected, is always optional and is requested separately from your enquiry consent.

We do not currently operate a marketing mailing list. If we introduce one, it will use an explicit, unticked opt-in. You can withdraw consent at any time, and withdrawing marketing consent will never prevent us from responding to an active enquiry or contractual matter.

The SLT Sports website currently uses only essential functionality required to deliver pages, render forms and remember unavoidable technical state. We do not currently run Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or behavioural tracking tools.

If, in future, we enable analytics or other non-essential tools, this section will be updated and an appropriate consent interface will be added before those tools load.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed on our behalf by:

• Our website hosting provider
• Our database and form-storage provider (Supabase)
• Email and communication providers we use to reply to you
• Professional advisers, where strictly necessary
• Event or project partners, only where genuinely necessary to deliver an engagement you have asked us to discuss

We share only the information needed to fulfil the purpose, and our providers are expected to safeguard your information appropriately.

Our website and supporting service providers may process information outside the United Arab Emirates. Where this occurs, we will consider appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls on our enquiry database and restricted internal access. No website or storage system can be guaranteed to be entirely secure.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including:

• Your enquiry and any subsequent discussion or proposal
• An active or recently concluded engagement
• Legitimate business, accounting and legal records
• Marketing communications, where consent remains valid

When information is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised in accordance with our internal procedures.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have shared with us. You may also restrict or object to certain uses and withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.

The SLT Sports public website is not intended to collect personal information directly from children. Information about young athletes, school groups or programme participants is provided to us by the responsible parent, guardian, school, club or organisation, never through the public website.

Our website may link to third-party platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, partner event pages or media features. Those websites have their own privacy practices, and SLT Sports is not responsible for them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version, together with its effective date and last-updated date, will remain published on this page. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
